Dear AEA members,

Happy first day back with students!

I hope you have had an enjoyable and restful summer.

I wanted to take the opportunity to wish you a wonderful first day and a great school year. I will have a much longer email to share later in the week!

A few highlights:

Over the summer, our collective voice has grown by over 100 new members! Please take a moment to welcome the new members in your building.

This year let's focus on building community, setting clear boundaries, and expressing when our plates are full. None of us are certain what this year will bring, but we can get through anything by sticking together.
