Happy Friday, and happy September! I picked the photo and quote above because I am feeling like September is PACKED with activities--anyone else feeling the same? This newsletter has a lot of upcoming activities listed for September and beyond. Please be sure to read the "News from VEA" for a sampling of how our union is supporting you.
I had the pleasure of attending an Assembly at Ashlawn Elementary School this morning. It was nice to see so many AEA members and former colleagues. I was also able to attend a morning meeting in a Kindergarten class--such fun! I hope to see you at your site soon!
Office news: Our amazing Office Manager, Vi is out of the office for a bit--if you call the office, please leave a message.
*Don't forget to Wear Red for Ed this Wednesday.
