Dear Support Staff Bargaining Unit Members,As we prepare for negotiations for our next contract, your voice is essential. Bargaining for the successor agreement is scheduled to begin in October, and we want to ensure that the priorities we bring to the table reflect the needs and concerns of all bargaining unit members.This survey is your opportunity to share your experiences and perspectives on key issues such as wages, benefits, working conditions, job security, and more. Your input will directly guide the development of our bargaining proposals and help the union effectively advocate on your behalf.Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Your responses will only be shared with the AEA bargaining team.
